General Assembly: the most important forum of decision, this meeting is open to all volunteers and people who maintain the institution.

Executive Directory: responsible for the management of the entity, with the following posts and respective responsibility, all of them volunteer members.

Fiscal Council: responsible to supervise the expenses managed by the Board of Directors, being composed by 3 members.

Honourable Counsellor: Responsible for promotions and initiatives in behalf of the Orphanage Renascer outside Brazil.

Recognized as a Public Utility Entity by Teixeira de Freitas City Hall, according to law 274/2001, in August 15th 2001.

Received Title of Social Outstand 2001, conceded by the Board of Councilmen of Teixeira de Freitas, due to relevant social services to the community.
